    Love the Customize Feature

    Already was a big fan of gifting Epicurean boards, but the Customize feature is an excellent bonus. I made a board for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loved it!

    Not only is it attractive double-sided (one side recessed for juices, but it is made of paper composite which suggests it is more environmentally-friendly.

    Would be at home in any kitchen.

    I have purchased several Epicurean boards over the years. I am never disappointed. This board was the same quality as the first I acquired. Special enjoyment for the different design on each side. Chopping vegetables and scraping them into a cocotte for soup or stew on the smooth side then flipping it over for the routed side to catch fluid and help keep my prep area clean. Dishwasher safe and easy on the edge of a knife. All this and made in the US! Keep up the good work!

    Wonderful addition!

    Have used the Kitchen Series boards for years...and, just bought the Gourmet Series board. Love this upgrade! Highly recommend!
