What is the return/exchange deadline and how much will it cost me?

You can return or exchange orders placed for Epicurean products ordered from the online shop free of charge within 30 days of the purchase date, provided you retain all packing materials, the product is in 100% resalable condition, and you have your original proof of purchase. Please note that we do not accept exchanges of previously exchanged products. You may exchange an item once per purchase.

For Custom Products: Since customized products are modified and laser marked to your exact specifications, no refunds or exchanges can be made. All custom products are final sale.

How do I send my package back?

You can return or exchange any item ordered from the online shop within 30 days of receipt. In the case of a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer care team immediately at (866) 678-3500 or email us at support@epicureanusa.com.

Once you have completed the online return process, a Shipping Label will become available to print and to your parcel. You can use this to return the goods free of charge. You can expect to receive notification of a successful return after the warehouse has received and processed your request.

In order that we can process your return quickly, please note the following:

    1.    Please complete the online return form
    2.    Always use the original packaging
    3.    Label these with our pre-paid UPS shipping label

The returned item must be accompanied by the original packaging, and it should be in 100% resalable condition. We will be unable to accept any returns that have shown any signs of use. We reserve the right to assert claims for compensation in such cases.

How is the refund made?

We will process your refund as quickly as possible if you opt to have credit issued towards the original payment method. 

If after examination of your return there will be a credit in your favor, then we will refund the amount immediately to the credit card used when ordering. We will also inform you about your successful return by e-mail.

Please allow two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Can I return items that were not purchased in the online shop?

Please understand that we can only take back items that were purchased in our online store. For items bought in one of our shops or from third parties that you wish to return, please contact the relevant sales outlet directly.

Can I return Custom Products?

Please note that individualized orders may not be canceled once processing has begun. As soon as you place your order, Epicurean starts the production and therefore cannot accept any changes or cancellations. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of goods that are made according to the customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer. In addition, the right of return does not apply to custom and personalized items except for manufacturing defects, deficiencies, damage from transport, or any other error caused by Epicurean. In such cases, we will happily send you the correct product free of charge.
