We caught up with Chef Mike Brown at Travail Kitchen and Amusements, a restaurant in Minneapolis Minnesota, where he along with his partners Bob Gerken, Kale Thome and James Winberg create food almost too good looking to eat. Travail uses the Epicurean Rectangle Display Boards to serve one of their 16 courses.
