The board is not stable and slides all over the place. In a commercial kitchen we often have to place a towel under boards which won’t stabilize. Do not recommend.

We bought this to replace our cheap plastic cutting boards to reduce the amount of plastic in our kitchen, and that would fit in the dishwasher for ease of cleaning and water savings. I was gifted a larger size over years ago, and it is still in great shape. In fact, I think they get better looking with age.
